Comparative study on the strategic planning methods in hospitals of Atlanta (USA) and Sao Paulo (Brazil), according to their executives viewpoint. The study of the different strategic management approaches adopted by these hospitals may contribute to the discussion about the importance of using modern management methods as well as of a systematic approach on strategic management. It may also provide insights on the Brazilian and American healthcare trends and on the challenges hospital executives should be prepared to face.
