Ranking de municípios para políticas públicas de educação: comparação entre avaliações multicritério a partir do IDH


This article develops alternative multicriteria app roaches to select municipalities for implementing educational public policies. Since the situation of education in Brazil shows great variability, what impacts educational demands for public policies education differently in different regions, there is a need of objective criteria for the selection of points of application of resources to fight inequity in this area. In particular, is discussed the use of the Human Development Index as a basis for decisions in Education. Moreover, this article aims to establish conditions for comparison of these situations by different criteria employed to drive policies of public education.
