This research investigates the configuration of career identity among youth at the beginning of their professional trajectories mediated by LinkedIn, aiming to analyze how the platform's technical, symbolic, and algorithmic mediations influence juvenile identity construction. Methodologically, a qualitative and exploratory study was conducted based on 11 in-depth interviews with Brazilians aged 18 to 25, subjected to content analysis. Results indicate that LinkedIn acts as a socio-technical infrastructure that transforms trajectories into legible data, requiring standardized performances and strategic visibility management. It was identified that platformization promotes the internalization of performative logics and identity anticipation, processes modulated by asymmetries in institutional support and differences across academic fields, evidencing tensions between the performance required by the network and subjective meanings of success oriented toward well-being. As an applied outcome, the podcast "Beyond the Profile: Dialogues on career and professional digital platforms"3 is presented, conceived as a reflexive mediation device to critically problematize professional identity construction in platformized environments.
