Resumo
Partnerships between Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and the Government are becoming increasingly relevant for the provision of public services in Brazil. This paper aims to present the role of CSOs for the provision of public services through the public decision makers perspective. The regulatory framework of Civil Society partnerships (MROSC) is analyzed under the issues highlighted by the public decision makers at their relationship with the CSOs. Pathways to improve the cooperation between these stakeholders are also discussed in this paper.
