Resumo
The aim of this study is to analyze the concept of the civil competence of the 'Juizado' (small claims court) of the Domestic Violence and Family against Women as provided by the Federal Law n. 11.340/2006 and the possible limitations regarding how these 'juizados' are acting that are being object of few juridical interpretations, and as a consequence causing the noncompliance of international deals and recommendations.
