Resumo
Interdisciplinarity between Law and Social Psychology under labor and employment discrimination. It will be shown the approach Social Psychology gives about Implicit Bias, as well as it will be discussed the best remedy for it. Affirmative Actions are the most adequate remedy to solve the problem. The work shows the vision Social Psychology gives about the best way of introducing and conducting Affirmative Actions. Constitutional and Statutory analysis of Affirmative Actions in the Labor Market, seeking to understand if the Brazilian constitutional order accepts these policies in Brazil, as well as to investigate the state interest on creating laws in order to make these initiatives a reality.
