Resumo
This study deals with private hospitaIs management. One of its basis is the need of high management integration in the construction of the decision making processo It points several revealing dimensions such as: the interorganization relation, the institutional performance and the knowledge sharing. It characterizes the 'management professionalization'. The research is characterized as a case study. The data were collected by means of interviews, participative observation and the search of information through telematized and bibliographical research. The theoretical material was condensed, the data were collected and analysed. The results make evident the need of a high management integrated interorganization relation aiming the construction ofthe decision making processo
