Resumo
Two important issues dealt with presently, regarding the improvement of the National Accounts System, are the aggregation of a natural accounts system and the development of social accounts in terms of labor time. This research proposes a methodology for the calcula of direct and indirect labor time (labor equivalent), starting from the Leontief matrices. Some implications of such calculations are then analysed, including the social evaluation of the natural capital consumption.
