Resumo
This dissertation aims at studing the values that pervades the Brazilian Army, Navy and Air Force from the standpoint ofthe civil society structure. While developing thoughts of various experts, it tries to gather theorical reasoning about values and organizations. So, it builts a c1ear net based on goals and significance of values as much for the human being as for several organizations. The field search is the final result of well designed interviews that raise important aspects about relationships among individuaIs, military organizations and the society and values in general.
