Resumo
The organizations have used the Information Technology in a stronger and deeper way, considering it as a powerful tool which need huge investments and success guaranties. This environment requires knowledge about Information Technology strategic value and an effective management of its projects. This project has as main objective to identify the components of Information Technology Strategic Value and the technological project variables and critical success factors. The contribution is the consolidation of the Information Technology Strategic Value Analysis Structure and the identification of the Information Technology Projects Variables and Critical Success Factors.
