Resumo
The research aims to examine the theoretical aspects related to state intervention through the planning process, mainly in capitalists economies. It is presented Public Planning concepts, methods and technics, in their most recent versions, appraising their effects over economic reality in countries with varied levels of economic development. The study also analyses the planning impacts over economic agents (enterprises, individuals, government and the rest of the world) as participating in economic interrelations.
