Resumo
This paper describes a proposal for building an ontology in the multimedia description domain, in the context of the center for teaching and research in the Social Sciences and Contemporary History (CPDOC) from the FGV. It also presents the results from a state-of-art review study of the multimedia and controlled vocabularies available, and its relation with the Semantic Web Linked Data recommendation.
