Resumo
This work was based in a case survey performed in a medium size residential condominium, which focus was directed to the living problems in three main areas: operational, financiai and administrative. Those problems were identified in details, priorities were selected in a partnership way, and the necessary procedures for their solution were implemented. Such questions were related to: full cleanliness on the operational needs regarding maintenance, detailed organization of the accounting documents, perfection of administrative and financiai control procedures, and finally the developing of a new approach regarding relationships between administration and joint owners.
