Resumo
This article assumes that the public bidding processes, as well as other administrative law institutes, have been revisited based on new paradigms with a special focus on sustainability. This study's intention is to investigate the main issues concerned to the sustainable public bidding processes in order to analyze the sustainability as a global value that demands the creation of public policies in Brazil.
