Resumo
This paper seeks to contribute for the construction of indicators to evaluate legislature's performances. It begins by an analysis of the multiple perspectives for the comparative examination of legislatures, and then addresses the attributes of indicators, followed by a critical analysis of the project Parlamento Transparente and finally proposes a set of indicators for comparative evaluation of subnational Brazilian legislatures.
