Resumo
This study aims to investigate how do expatriate managers and theirs families live in Brasil. It presents: a) a theoretical window on Intercultural Management, maily the european studies; b) empirical research with french interviewers in São Paulo. It uses the etnometodogy to investigate de interpretations, meanings, opinions and values; it seeks do know what aspects of the brazilian culture are easier and more dificulty to live. It also presents some sugestions to entreprise on how to facilitate the adaptation process of the expatriation.
