Resumo
Utilizes weight and light sensors to infer urine output, color, and concentration of the urine. Can detect concentrations of glucose and uric acid through infrared and ultraviolet spectrums. The modular device is constructed with 3D-printed plastic parts, adaptable to any generic urine bag. Provides a low-cost solution for the Brazilian urology device market, which is expected to reach $800 million in 2026.
