Resumo
This dissertation relates the experience of teacher's knowledge evaluation, during their skilfulness process, related to the Curriculum proposal of the Rio de Janeiro Public School 1 th. degree. This municipal proposal intends to spread the practice of'constructivism' educational philosophy, in the teachingllearning processo The experience has been developed during educational supervision in a Culture and Educational District (Distrito de Educação e Cultura - DEC) of West Zone of Rio de Janeiro city. This region, in which we worked for more than 25 years, is here described in its social, economic, political, cultural and educational aspects. With this study, we want to highlight one of our school realities: the curriculum proposal. We have been influenced by a project on the Rio de Janeiro State Sciences Center (Centro de Ciências do Estado do Rio de Janeiro - Cecierj), which has been applicated to improve our work as teachers and schools supervisor. Considering the application of this experience, we suggest a feasible way to disseminate the 'constructivism' in classes, based in the teachers vital experience, that they will transmit to their pupils.
