Resumo
This research project aims to analyse the foundation and development and of Embraer as a state enterprise (1969-1985).We intend to analyse the economic, political, technological and managerial factors that made possible a high technology enterprise in a dependent economy. Our approach is interdisciplinary to try to understand the organization s success and problems in the seventies and eighties, during the military regime.
