This study is a theoretical analysis of the construction of norms which constitute the moral system that directs human behavior. The analysis has been based on the reviews of the following theories: First. I. Kant's Critique of Practical Reason and its evoluation of the necessary character of norm, and the difficulty of transposition to the historical and empirical plans the criteria of universality inherent to the 'categorical imperative'. Second. E. Sprangler's theory of value categorization was utilized to analyse the socioganesis of norms. departing from valorative criteria which are culturally established and that allows the quantification. Finally of contents. Piaget's theory offered the basis for an evoluation of the psychogenesis as a formal construction of the rules systems that compose human morale. This study is an 'a priori' interpretation trying to harmonize these three approaches which, by their turn. constitute its own boundaries.
