Resumo
This thesis aims to analyze and study the management practices and actions adopted by a big european club, FC Barcelona and the Brazilian club, being selected Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. From the survey information from both clubs and interviews with professionals, the study seeks to understand how far you is possible to bring to Brazil successful practices that were decisive for the growth of a club that was in decline by 2003 and became a power in administrative and strategic terms worldwide. Importantly, cultural differences may have implications for the different environments in this paper.
