Resumo
This study broaches the employment of intercultural strategies to gam organization competitiveness m difterent situations such as organizational mergers, international business alliances, services to international clients and international commerce. Looking for these goals the tield research took place in tive different organizations, among which, two are higher education institutions, where students in international commerce and business classes where interviewed individually and in groups. In search for intercultural education posture and abilities fundaments, Simon Bolivar was considered an inspiration specially due to his preoccupation about Latin American nations mutual understanding, a question which is in the roots of any possibility of overcoming intercultural organization challenges. Besides, the ideaIs of that recognized leader strongly emerge while those nations and their organizations are decided to establish MERCOSUL. This study conclusions not simply show that intercultural efforts are a reality at present times in management and business strategies in the organizations and groups focused but it also tinds a drive that in phenomenological terms is a sense toward mutual intercuItural comprehension which is seen as a basic attitude to succeed in mergers and any business activities in this glo bal era.
