Resumo
Consultants are commonly regarded as agents devoted to invention and diffusion of change packages designed for fashionable consumption and accelerated abandonment, which suggests they would not be inclined to 'taste their own medicine'. That is, according to this perspective, one should not expect consulting firms to adopt those packages themselves. This study empirically investigates such argument, examining the behavior of consulting services adoption by 20 consulting firms with operations in Brazil.
