Resumo
The present work shows the methodical boarding about public policy, describing the fundamental understanding of four political stages, such as the construction of agenda, fonnularization, implementing and analyzing. Demonstrating how the process of the educational training policy based on the Low n° 9346/96, on Decret nO 2208/97, and Look n° 17/97 is going on. An evaluation of social and economical skills of industrial evolution in the case of Juiz de Fora in the State of Minas Gerais is undertaking as a case of study. Shows how SENAI (Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial), CTU (Colégio Técnico Universitário) and Sociedade Educadora Moraes Junior - PIO XII are being up to dated in order to face challenges intended to Juiz de ForalMG new industrialization phase due to Mercedes Benz industry setting up.
