Resumo
The study analyses the implementation of the mecanisms of eduaational planning in the State of Goiás, beginning with the presentation, at national level, of the general mecanisms of governamental planning and the mecanisms of educational planning used by the Ministry of Education and Culture , in an historical perspective from 1961 to 1974. One of our conclusions is that teorical aid is one of the mean instruments used for implementation of said mecanisms. We can also observe that educational reforms are also strong mecanisms for educational planning. Finally, the implementation of technical-financial mecanisms in Goiás, by the way, has occurred more regularly than technical institutional mecanisms.
