Resumo
Just three years after it was set up, a small company has already invested in IT on various occasions: in an institutional site, in an e-mail marketing tool and in an ERP system... Now it is going through a period of transformation that will tend to alter its technology needs. The case can be used in disciplines that deal with issues involving small and medium-size companies that adopt IT.
