Resumo
The present studyaims to discusswithmanagers, educators, researchersandstudentsofthe educational area, aspects related totraining andcontinuing education, presentialandmediated by thetechnology -especially thenewsocialleaming-teacherswho workineducationdistance learning (ODL). For the versatility and the interactivitythat thetechnologies ofinformation and communicationtechnologies [lCTs) provide, as well asnewmethods ofpersonnel management, especially knowledge managementineducationalinstitutions, the EADhas led toinnovationsthat givenewmeaningto thepracticeandsupportteaching, signaling major changesin education. Forthis,besidesbibliographic research, knowledge managementineducational institutionsteachingworkinEAD, the EADteacher training: trainingtraditional tonewsociallearning, we developedareflective analysisof theory andpractice of teacher educationOnlineatFGV.
