This unified guide aims to clarify the role of the Brazilian Superior Electoral Court (TSE) in combating disinformation, providing detailed information about its actions and the relevant concepts underpinning the Court's Resolutions. It explains these concepts in light of the jurisprudence of both the TSE and the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court (STF). The document seeks to deepen the understanding of the TSE's role in fostering a more informed and secure electoral environment.
