Resumo
This study has as its objective to develop a centour score sca1e for the 'Sixteen Persona1ity Pactor Questlonnaire (16 PP)' by Raymond B. Cattell and Herbert W. Eber. This questionnaire was chosen because it is an objective personality eva1uation instrument with widespread uti1ization in Vocationa1 Guidance. Considering that centour scores presupose a bipolar sca1e, we opted for the above mentioned transformation in order to devise an individual- group adaptation index. We hope that this new eva1uation sca1e will prove helpful to vocationa1 counse1ors who use the 16 PP in their work counse1ing young peop1e in their career choices.
