The main objective of this case study is to analyze the evolution of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) actions of the National Electric System Operator (ONS), based on its unique structure: its technicality; its statutory characteristics; socio-environmental legislation; good CSR practices; and theoretical concepts on the subject.
