Resumo
It's indisputable the training importance in order that the organizations attain their business goals, grow and get success. However, in order that the training effectively contributes to the business results, it' s essential, among others, a careful and complete Training Necessity Identification. From one theoretical approach about Public Policies, Human Resources Policies and Human Resources Development subfunction, integrated into the others functions, focus in several conceptions and Training Necessity Identification models and their relations with the others system parts, this thesis studies the Training Necessity Identification process in Petrobras and makes suggestions to improve its effectiveness, contributing, consequently, to get better organizational results.
