Resumo
The aim of this article is to analyze the Brazilian lectures about the New World Order, within the international and domestic changing context. This analysis has been done through the papers written by three Brazilian foreign politics history characters: Celso Lafer, Gelson Fonseca Júnior eRubens Ricupero. Throughout their writings wecould identify the resilience of such subjects as autonomy`s aspiration, the desire to implement a national political project and the Brazil`s self perceptionas a country which shares western values.
