Resumo
The objective of this work was to identify, through a study case done in a public financial institution, how the information technology project coordinators perceive the performance of the information technology project office. It was a review of the existing literature related to the addressed theme in the research as well as internal documents of the institution and the realization of a case study. The results show that the perspective of the technology project coordenators the information technology project office has a very important role for the institution and mainly for the information technology, although its action is very limited and they desire that the office effectively suport them in developing their projects.
