Resumo
This paper aims at systematizing current public fund opportunities for the development and implementation of urban mobility plans in Brazil - projects which are managed by the Brazilian Ministry of Cities. For this aim, this paper first establishes a diagnosis of the present state and history of urban mobility in Brasil, establishes the concept of urban mobility planning, and maps the possible sources of funding for the elaboration and implementation of these plans. Finally, this paper elaborates a systematic comparative analysis of each urban mobility funding opportunity.
