Resumo
This research intended to find some guidelines to everyday situations for the Business Administration students in the Psychology study. The intention was to make them share the responsibilities for the production and for solving class conflicts. Our investigation was centered on the discussion group formed by the representatives (who took turns) of the class groups, assisted by the professor to discuss: a) thematic doubts; b) suggestions for intergroup and intragroup problems. We raise question if this methodology favored cooperation and creativity intra and intergroups. Other methodological tool used: monitoring/emerging didatics/devolution of the group process/text elaboration by the students.
