Resumo
The purpose of this article is to present and discuss the main traits of golem’s mentality as way to survive in contemporary organizations. After some introductory remarks, particularly on alienation, the concepts of golem’s mentality and of its suitability to contemporary economic way of production are developed on the basis of the results of academic surveys and studies. It is suggested that slave analogous attitude are not the result of causal adequacy, but a usual disposition or mentality that enables workers get through system pressures.
