With the opening of the Brazilian market for the installation of foreign multinationals, Totvs, a small company that distributes, nationalizes and markets foreign software in Brazil, started to compete with large international players such as SAP and Oracle. In addition, small domestic players have begun to threaten Totvs with lower-priced products and services, making the environment more competitive. In this scenario, what are the most prudent alternatives for Totvs' sustained growth?
