Resumo
The purpose of this specific work is the understanding of the difficulties of organizations, which is the base of this case, acting in a strategic way. Even though the efforts of the high business adrninistration on developing actions to manage focusing the strategy. We've been trying to identify those problems, through the analysis of the agencies' managers while handling their activities that engaged on their everyday routines can't work strategically. The research took place through ethnographic, with participate care, followed by the interviews.
