This work of course conclusion seeks to expose and study the stages, features and aspects of the automobiles recall procedure (also called chamamento) in Brazil and the automobiles recall procedure of North American, pioneer in this type of procedure, in order to compare the perceived differences between each of these models and to discover what justified this differences, analyzing why such differences, and what could be improved in each of this models.
