Resumo
This research investigates the question of evolution of the organizational forms. Due to changes in the Brazilian competitive environment during the last years, many firms developed and implemented new organizational models and new management models. These changes may have overcome, or alternatively represent an evolution, of the fordist-taylorist paradigm and the emergence of organic configurations. This project comprehends a literature survey and a field exploratory research with local companies. General patterns and trends are discussed. Propositions to be evaluated in a future study are also proposed.
