This work aims to explore the relationship between learning culture and psychological safety within organizations, particularly in the context of constant changes and innovations in the business environment. Research has shown that a Learning Culture characterized by open communication, acknowledging mistakes and exchanging ideas is crucial to the learning process. Thus, understanding an organization's learning culture is vital in identifying its potential for innovation, and psychological safety is a crucial element in this process. This work sought to raise the relationship between Learning Culture and Psychological Safety, in the context of a Brazilian organization in the Sugar and Alcohol sector, using validated scales to assess both constructs. Differences in perceptions between demographic groups were investigated, in addition to the relationships between the constructs and organizational performance, based on the model of the Dimensions of a Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ). Ultimately, this research aims to contribute to understanding how to evaluate learning culture in organizations and the role that psychological safety plays in this process. By examining the relationship between Learning Culture and Psychological Safety, this work provides insights into the potential of organizations to create a more innovative culture, fostering Psychological Safety and investigating ways to potentially align their Learning Culture with the values of a Learning Organization. The results of this work can provide practical implications for organizations to monitor and evaluate their level of Psychological Safety and their Learning Culture.
