Resumo
This work was done in a 52-student classroom, in a Psychology class, in a Business Administration course. The analysis was centered on text elaboration by the students, in small groups, and the relations to the everyday experience starting from the devolution of the group processes of learning as the instrument which has enabled more discrimination among the group contents and its elements.It has also investigated the identification of deffensive attitudes in the group and the way it has contributed to the upwarding of the level of tolerance to the contradiction, enhancing an inquiring vision of the visible and invisible dynamics present in the production. The objective was linked to the development of a contention attitude and a support necessary to the role of the future administrator.
