Resumo
This monograph focuses the analysis of potential impacts in the field of Intellectual Property arising from the development of 3D printing technology. The work is structured around three main sections. The first intends to present 3D printers to the reader, describing some of its history and applications. The second sets out the main legal contours that characterize Intellectual Property, relating it with 3D printing. In the last section, a reflection on the challenges presented throughout the text will be made, as well as the presentation of possible directions for the collision of additive manufacturing and Intellectual rights.
