Resumo
The present theorical study had the purpose of verifiyng the leveI of the competitivity market of a package of human resources policies, established by an organization of the automobilistic sector in the state of Rio de Janeiro, starting from a revision into explicit and implicit Human Resources policies inc1uded in the organizations theories and by the presentation of 'Modelo de Múltiplos Papéis' as a contemporary purpose of Human Resources policies oriented to the competitivity, inc1uding two basic items: process and personnel. The study inc1uded the four inicial years, particulary the 'start up' period. The analysis had the objective of identify the manner of the Human Resources policies to attempt or not the demands of a high competitive market, using facts and datas, having in mind the aspects and the profissional and personal dimensions of the group involved. The research results showed that the program is efficient in order of attending 'hygienic factors' and legal aspects, but still is a vast way to be trilled by the organization in reference to people policies focuses in competitivity. In relation to processes, the organization is in consolidation stage.
