Resumo
Urban mobility it´s one of the policies that most affect the quality of people´s life. In June of 2013, the popular demonstrations claimed against increased bus fares in the city and in favor of improving the quality of service. This article aims to present opportunities for reformulation of current urban mobility policy in São Paulo, focusing on the review of delegation of services contracts. Although, is represented the historical context of the formulation in São Paulo until the present day.
