Resumo
The purpose of this article is to analyze the english doctrine of the 'anticipatory breach of contract' applied to the brazilian law context. Considering that the brazilian legal system has no legal provision for the anticipatory repudiation, it is important to verify whether this legal doctrine, originated from a Common Law basys, is suitable with the reality of this complete different legal system.
