Resumo
This study aims to analyze all organizational transformations of Viva Rio along its social trajectory of 22 years: Social Movement to a Social Organization Health. Based on its survey of paths that were covered, the strategies adopted by each time and internal and external conflicts arising from these choices, the paper discusses the challenges posed by the more dynamic opportunities in the third sector of the universe. And what to expect from the future to the Viva Rio in terms of new institutional arrangements.
