Water is a scarce commodity with growing demand both by population grow thand by greater water useby new processes and products imposed by standards of comfort and well-being of modern life and in food production at the same time as demand increases water, with its multiple uses, its quality has decreased by environmental degradation. The rational use of water should be treated as public interest that translates into systematic search of reduced water wast age.
