This work presents a model designed to analyze the domestic market of air transportation of passengers. This model allow us to analyze the optimal choices of air transport companies with respect to the number of flights and the number of passengers in response to price changes dictated by the regulator, either in competitive or monopoly equilibrium, as well as in the context of an oligopoly. In the last case, the model used is able to evaluate industry equilibrium by conjectural variations
