Resumo
This project intends to analyze the asset management in enterprises. It will identify the practices of asset management in enterprises and what will be evaluated under efficiency and productivity criteria, considering a globalized economy. The research will be based on assessment of concepts and practices in private organizations assets management. There will be also undertaken a survey, through personal interviewing, in sample enterprises, to assess and evaluate the difficulties and the real practices carried by those organizations. It is worthwhile to mention that this work will not focus on accounting and legal aspects, even tough such dimensions may be included in the study.
